Ok, so originally this was the way we were gonna be introduced to Jordi’s parents, at the same time as Anna. In fact, this whole “flashback” of when she met them was gonna be it’s own arc on Season 5. Buuuuut. a certain arc involving Jordan, Helena and some inspectors took more time than thought, so I had to take a new route. So I took this idea and merged it with the current arc, and I think it’ll pay off.
By the way, names! Anna’s last name is Kerkovich, if you look in this piece I made YEARS ago you can see how it was always the plan. Also you can see how her design has changed. And Jordi and Gareth’s parents are named Walter and Martha, which I had already revealed in the name tags. But know is clearer.
Don’t worry, Anna, foreign names can be hard.
