A good head chef looks after their employees when they need it. An injured, exhausted, or overly-stressed one can’t bring their best even if they tried. My previous boss was like that. Yeah, he could be needlessly rough, something he has been called out on at times, but he knew to make sure someone was alright if an accident occurred, and plenty have occurred while I worked there.
I totally agree, first look that everyone is fine. And nice to know there are bosses like that out there! Now we have to see what Helena does next 👀
